Freshworks publishes global study showing how active CIOs can drive innovation through ITSM

Freshworks latest report, "The Service Management Advantage: Helping CIOs Turn IT into a Strategic Powerhouse", is produced in partnership with Harvard Business Review and provides insights from 225 global IT decision makers.

The report shows that CIOs who succeed in delivering effective service management also elevate their role from one of maintenance and management to one of driving innovation. It further shows that many organizations are struggling with ITSM, with only 22% of respondents saying their organization provides ITSM very effectively. Internal silos, limited resources and outdated practices are often major barriers to progress.
