We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). We see it as a matter of course that we do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others and we naturally follow the rules that exist.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, our customers must receive information about how personal data is processed, which we describe below.

We need to save and process personal data about you as follows:

1. When purchasing our services

First and last name, social security number / corporate identity number, address, e-mail address, telephone number.

The purpose of such processing is to be able to deliver our service to you and for the Accounting Act. We receive the information from you when you make a purchase on our website or otherwise become a customer with us.

Your data is stored with our website provider Squarespace.com and with our accounting provider PE Accounting AB.

Your data is stored for 7 years according to the Accounting Act. After that, your data will be deleted if you are no longer a customer of ours. 

2. When downloading products

We save the name and email address for sending out free products, which in turn are used for information emails and promotional mailings. You fill in this information yourself and agree to when you register.

You can close the mailings from us at any time.

3. On the homepage

Reference statements. We save text, image or video from customers who have given written approval. They are saved until we replace them with new ones or until the reference customer wants them removed.

Cookies. This website uses cookies to help analyze data about traffic to the website and improve the website to adapt it to customers' needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis and these are automatically deleted after a certain period of time.

You can set your browser so that cookies are not accepted if you prefer.

6. In summary,

We process your personal data with the utmost care and do not share or sell it to any third party.  You have the right to contact us if you wish to have information about the information we have about you, to request rectification, transfer or to request that we restrict the processing, to object or to request the deletion of your data.
