We are pleased to introduce our new project manager, Klas Caesar Närfors. Welcome to Synerity! 

Klas has extensive experience in leadership, business development, and project management. He is passionate about creating well-structured organizations, smart work methods, and continuous improvements that simplify everyday life and create value. With a strong interest in organizational development and IT Service Management, he is driven by a desire to help people and organizations grow.

Why Synerity, why now, and what are your expectations?
– I’ve always been driven by developing organizations and people. When I came into contact with Synerity , I felt there was a genuine focus on making a difference by emphasizing value creation and a constant commitment to growth. I want to be part of an organization where I have the opportunity to grow, make an impact, and be challenged to develop myself and those I work with. That’s why it’s inspiring to be part of this journey alongside Synerity and our clients. 

How do you hope to contribute to the organization?
– I hope tocontribute my experience with Microsoft 365, information management, and business development—but above all, my curiosity and willingness to find solutions. I enjoy building bridges between business and technology and helping people see the opportunities that digitalization offers. For me, it’s important that technology isn’t an end in itself, but rather a tool that makes a real difference for users.” 

How do you prefer to spend your free time?
– I preferto spend my free timewith family and friends. I’m an active person who spends a lot of time at sea, where I go out on my boat, sail, windsurf, or help out at regattas. In the winter, I ski, and I enjoy cooking good food, hanging out with friends, and traveling.
