Welcome, Alexander Westergård!

Synerity continues to grow, and we are pleased to welcome our new solutions consultant, Alexander Westergård, to the company and our Halo team.

Alexander is 37 years old, based in Stockholm, and most recently worked in a role involving Atlassian’s products.

What is your professional background?
– I’ve worked as an ITSM consultant for six years, and most recently came from the Atlassian world. There, I focused on implementations, process mapping, and helping organizations make their IT services work in practice—not just on paper.

Why Synerity, why now, and what are your expectations?
– Synerity just felt right. It’s a company with a clear direction and a product portfolio I believe in, as well as a talented team that seems to enjoy their work. Halo is a platform I’m looking forward to getting to know in depth. I hope to contribute and grow alongside the company.

How do you hope to contribute to the business?
– By joining the team and helping to take responsibility for customer deliveries and build long-term relationships. Hopefully, I can bring some new perspectives and experience from my previous assignments.

How do you prefer to spend your free time?
– I prefer to spend my free time with my family, which consists of my wife and two children, ages 2 and 5. I also devote a lot of time and thought to cooking good food with friends.
