Welcome, Ingvar Nilsen!

Synerity to grow steadily, and we are now delighted to welcome our new consultant and solutions architect, Ingvar Nilsen. Ingvar has a solid background in ITSM, system administration, and product ownership. He also has extensive experience of working in large organizations where technology, processes, and operations need to be aligned to create real value.

Why Synerity, why now, and what are your expectations?
– After a long time with the same group, I felt it was the right time to take the next step. I want to use my experience in a broader context and work with a variety of clients and types of challenges.

– What attracted me most to Synerity the feeling I got when meeting the people here – down-to-earth, personal and with a clear desire to do a good job. I look forward to contributing what I have to offer, working closely with both technology and operations, and helping to shape solutions that make a difference. At the same time, I want to continue to develop – both technically and in my interaction with clients and colleagues.

How do you hope to contribute to the business?
– I want to contribute with a holistic perspective and structure, especially in environments where many parts need to interact. I am used to complex environments with many dependencies and stakeholders, and I thrive when I get to create clarity and direction and work with solutions that stand the test of time.

How do you prefer to spend your free time?
– I prefer to spend my free time with my family – it's a lively bunch with children, so there's always something going on. Other than that, I enjoy creative projects, renovating, and immersing myself in ideas and systems thinking.
