Welcome, Göran Källmark!

Synerity delighted to welcome Göran Källmark as our new Quality and GRC Manager. Göran has extensive experience in the industry and began his career as an IT consultant in the late 1980s. Since then, he has worked extensively in the IT industry in positions such as product manager, business developer, and CEO, primarily in companies working with software development, design, and security.

However, over the past ten years, he has focused more on the public sector, including as Head of Digitalization in healthcare and social services in Malmö City, IT Manager at a municipal water and sewage company, and most recently as Consulting Manager at CGI with a focus on health and healthcare.

Why Synerity?

– Because it is an exciting company working in an area that I strongly believe in. It has in-depth expertise, good customer relationships, and highly relevant and sought-after products. There is a lot of value that can be added for customers, not least in these geopolitically uncertain times, and potential to create positive effects and long-term partnerships.

How do you hope to contribute to the business?

– With my background in both the private and public sectors, as both a customer and a supplier, I have the ability to see multiple perspectives. I hope to contribute to creating conditions for increased growth and further strengthening Synerity's position, as well as enhancing our capacity to help companies become more efficient, geopolitically secure, and future-proof. Furthermore, one should not underestimate the value of the best school, namely learning from all the mistakes made over the years. This is something that contributes to humility and security, and which I also believe creates trust.

How do you prefer to spend your free time?

– Close to the sea, and preferably in the company of family and friends. I also like to relax with music and woodwork, concludes Göran.
