Ambea winner of the "ITSM Initiative 2025"
We are incredibly proud and excited to announce that our FreshserviceAmbea was named "ITSM Initiative of the Year" at the itSMF Expo conference. They were recognized for their extensive transformation efforts that united 38,000 employees in four countries and created future solutions through Enterprise Service Management with 17 departments in the same system. We would also like to take this opportunity to highlight our employee Daniel Söderlund who has been an incredibly important part of this successful project. 👏🏻❤🎉🎈
