Freshservice Baseline (Large) is an extended version of our popular Onboarding package Baseline (Small). In this 10-week project, we work together based on the same basic principles and project model, but with broader project content and increased support at Go-live.

Custom package - Enterprise

With Enterprise, you as a customer set the project framework and content, while Synerity support you with a project team to plan and deliver the project. In this approach, our specialists work intensively with you to maximize the value of Freshservice and ensure a project delivery, regardless of size and scope, that supports your organization's goals.
Custom package - Enablement
Enablement is a project approach where you want to drive the implementation yourself. To help you, you have a resource from Synerity who, through domain and product knowledge, can guide you in the choices that can occur in an implementation of Freshservice.
