Zendesk Baseline (Large)

Zendesk Baseline (Large) is an extended version of our popular Onboarding package Baseline (Small). In this project, we work together based on the same basic principles and project model, but with broadened content in the project and increased support at Go-live.

Project duration: about 8-12 weeks.
Project resources: Project manager and solution consultants from Synerity.
Price: 150 000 SEK.

 
 

Custom package - Enterprise

Integrations with business-critical partners and systems? Multiple products with dedicated portals or advanced work processes that must be in place from day 1? With Enterprise, you as a customer set the framework and content of the project, while Synerity support you with a project team to plan and deliver the project. In this approach, our specialists work intensively with you to maximize the value of Zendesk and ensure a project delivery, regardless of size and scope, that supports your organization's goals.

 

Custom package - Enablement

Enablement is a project approach where you want to drive the implementation yourself.
