Freshworks Omni Baseline (Large) is an extended version of our popular Onboarding package Baseline (Small). In this project, we work together based on the same basic principles and project model, but with broadened content in the project and increased support at Go-live.

Custom package - Enterprise

Integrations with business-critical partners and systems? Multiple products with dedicated portals or advanced work processes that must be in place from day 1? In Enterprise, you as a customer set the project framework and content, but want us at Synerity to support you with a project team to plan and deliver the project. In this approach, our specialists work closely with you to maximize the value of Freshdesk Omni and ensure project delivery, regardless of size and scope, that supports your organization's goals.

 

Custom package - Enablement

Enablement is a project approach where you want to drive the implementation yourself. To help you, you have a resource from Synerity who, through domain and product knowledge, can guide you in the choices that may occur in an implementation of Freshdesk Omni.
