Welcome Daniel Söderlund!

The next addition to the team has its roots in the north and is looking forward to new challenges with confidence. It's time to get to know Daniel Söderlund.

Daniel is originally from the municipality of Malå in Lapland and grew up in the countryside. His interest in computers and technology began in primary school and has grown steadily since then.

- My father became an IT manager at his job at an early age and I had access to computers at home from an early age. My interest grew quickly and I also started to help my friends when they had problems with their computers," says Daniel.

How did you end up in Skåne?

- I decided to study industrial production engineering and therefore moved to Olofström. That led to an internship and a job down here after graduation. After a while, however, I realised that industry wasn't really right for me, so I went into the IT sector instead.

After several years in the service desk, Daniel is now looking for new challenges and an opportunity to develop further in his professional role.  

- It feels very good to have landed here at Synerity. I feel that there is a high ceiling and a nice cohesion. Hopefully I can make a good contribution to the team and continue to develop my skills. I've always enjoyed problem solving and the challenge of understanding the customer and putting myself on the right level.

What do you like to do in your free time?

- I have a great interest in beer, home automation and 3D printing. In addition, I like to spend time on gaming, movies and comics. While trying to keep up with some exercise in between.
