Welcome, Thomas Godawszky!
Synerity is delighted to welcome our new colleague, Thomas Godawszky, to the team! Thomas has been working with digital transformation in various roles since the late 1990s and, in his role as Transformation Lead & Success Advisor, will contribute valuable experience, dedication, and expertise.
Together, we will continue to create value for our customers and develop the digital workplaces and service experiences of the future, and we look forward to having him join us on our ongoing journey.
What is your professional background?
My journey began as a solutions consultant specializing in Field Service Management, and after more than 10 years working with tools, I moved on to roles as an instructor and business developer in ITSM/ITIL. For the past ten years, I’ve had the privilege of combining leadership with business development at consulting firms, with a focus on digital tools and Service Management. This has given me broad and deep experience that I’m really looking forward to continuing to build upon.
Why Synerity, why now, and what are your expectations?
I’ve been following Synerity's development since 2015 and always had a soft spot for both the company and the people behind it. Now that I feel I’ve gained the right experience, it feels absolutely right to take the plunge and become part of this journey.I look forward to contributing to Synerity’s continued development, while also having the opportunity to return to what was once my starting point: helping customers achieve real results from their digital tools. Being able to do this at a time when we’re in the midst of an industrial transformation that’s affecting society as a whole makes it especially inspiring, motivating, and fun.
How do you hope to contribute to the organization?
I hope tocontribute by sharing my experiences as a leader, consultant, and trainer in a way that aligns with my personal values: sharing knowledge, building for the long term, and continuously growing together. I’m driven by creating value over time and contributing to a culture where we learn from one another and improve together.
How do you prefer to spend your free time?
I spend a lot of my free time in the mountains with my wife and our Beagle. Over the past five years, we’ve also devoted a lot of time and energy to developing our home in the Andalusian mountains—a lifelong project focused on sustainability and becoming more self-sufficient. Whenever I get the chance, I also really enjoy experiencing jazz, preferably at one of Europe’s smaller, more intimate venues.
