CSM: A customizable Service Management solution with lower implementation cost

Most other Service Management solutions are far from as customizable as CSM. In many cases, the only way is to turn to the supplier and request a future development for any of the upcoming versions. However, the solutions that can be customized are often complicated and require access to, for example, Java developers.

Here, CSM differs greatly as its "no code" based platform means a significantly lower threshold for achieving the desired customizations. The fact that it is simpler, faster and requires less specialist expertise in turn means that the implementation cost is lower. Since the codebase is completely separated from the application layer, your solutions and customizations will also not stop working when upgrading to a new version of CSM. Not so bad at all.

Flexible operating options

CSM can be obtained as a SaaS solution directly from Cherwell or as a license for own operation "On-premise" or with any operating partner or cloud service. CSM's architecture make it easy to move CSM from one operating option to another at any time.

Simple "all inclusive" licensing based solely on the number of concurrent administrators. This means, among other things, much easier licensing administration and no surprises in the form of extra licenses that have to be purchased for different things and as soon as new users are added. As well, and not least - usually much lower licensing costs! The licenses can be chosen if you want to buy or rent.

 

A customizable solution with multi-domain support

CSM will "Out of the box" with support for IT, HR, Facilities, Information Security, External Customer Service and SIAM, among others.

Within ITSM is CSM PinkVERIFY™ for 11 itil processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Release, Service Request, Service Catalog, Event, Service Level, Service Portfolio and Knowledge Management.

 

Efficient case management in multiple languages

CSM has a powerful multilingual support including Swedish. Several different languages can be used in parallel and different administrators and end users can use different languages on the same case.
