Freshservice - Basic agent training (online)

In the Freshservice Agent Basic Training, you will gain a good understanding of how to effectively manage, communicate and resolve different types of tickets (Incident, Change and Problem). Synerity's experienced experts will take you through case management functions, so you can effectively support your customers for the best customer experience. The training is conducted online.

This training is aimed at both those who have already worked for a short time as an administrator in the system and those who have never worked in Freshservice.

Duration: Approximately 2h
Price: 2 000 SEK per session and person* (Note! The minimum order per company is 5 training places. However, these can be used entirely according to your needs over the course of a year).

New courses will be offered on an ongoing basis on the last Thursday of each month, and we also have the opportunity to offer this training in English. Synerity reserves the right to postpone activities in the event of unforeseen events or insufficient numbers of participants. If you are instead interested in individual administrator training, either online or on site, you are welcome to contact us for more information and price proposals.

*When purchasing a minimum of 10 training places / training sessions, you will receive 25% discount. The validity period for purchased places is one year from the date of purchase.
