The basic training for Freshservice administrators will give you a good understanding of how the system is structured, how it is administered, and will provide you with many tools to create, edit and modify functions and workflows. Synerity's experienced experts will take you through all the basic functionality, and give you a broad base to work further in the system on your own. The training is based on a hands-on approach, where Synerity's experts take participants through the basics and functions of the system based on realistic scenarios and the principle of learning by doing. The course concludes with a comprehensive assignment that participants then present to the group.
This training is aimed at both those who have worked as administrators in the system and are about to move into an administrator role, and those who have never worked in Freshservice before, but want to learn more about the tool and how it is administered.
