The basic training for Freshdesk administrators will give you a good understanding of how the system is structured, how it is administered, and the tools to create, edit and modify functions and workflows. Synerity's experienced experts will take you through all the basic functionality, and give you a broad base to work further in the system on your own. The training is based on a hands-on approach, where Synerity's experts take participants through the basics and functions of the system based on realistic scenarios.
This training is aimed at both those who have worked as administrators in the system and are about to move into an administrator role, as well as those who have never worked in Freshdesk before, but want to learn more about the tool and how it is administered.
After the actual training day, we have also chosen to include the possibility of a 1-2 hour individual follow-up at a separate time. In this session, we can support you with questions related to your unique Freshdesk environment or if you want to go deeper into a specific area.
