Service desk forum is one of the events during the year we at Synerity likes best why we also return as Partner year after year. Two days full of interesting lectures and not least great opportunities to network and exchange experiences with like-minded people.
The ServiceDesk Awards are also held annually in connection with the conference and the award is awarded to Service Desk of the Year, Service Desk Manager of the Year and ServiceDekmed Worker of the Year.
