The work with service desk and support is more important than ever and in March it is once again time for the Servicedesk Forum. Two days full of interesting lectures and with great opportunities to network and exchange experiences with like-minded people.
In connection with the conference, the Servicedesk Awards are also held, where prizes are awarded to Service Desk of the Year, Service Desk Manager of the Year and Service Desk Employee of the Year.
