Welcome Evald Hamzic!
We are pleased to welcome another new employee to Synerity. This is in the form of our new account manager, Evald Hamzic, who has a long-standing background in customer service, sales and leadership. There he has built up a strong understanding of both the customer's needs and how to create functioning processes behind the scenes. Evald has extensive experience of roles where relationships, communication and development have been at the center - and says that he thrives best when he can combine structure with creativity and development.

How do you hope to contribute to the business?
- I want to contribute with both structure, energy and to strengthen the customer experience. With my experience in service, sales and communication, I quickly see solutions where I like to translate insights into concrete results and opportunities to simplify and streamline work - without losing the human touch. I also believe in the power of small improvements every day - they create big differences over time, both for customers and internally.
How do you prefer to spend your free time?
- I spend a lot of time on personal development and well-being - I enjoy combining exercise and cold baths, reflecting and finding a balance between performance and recovery. Nature has an important place for me, as well as community with family and friends. As a parent of three, much of my free time is filled with energy and movement - where we are active in everything from football and basketball to gymnastics and swimming. I get a lot of joy and inspiration from being present in the children's development and in the meetings and experiences that come with it.
