Synerity wins Lund University's procurement of new case system

At Synerity , we are now extremely proud and happy to announce that we have been trusted by Lund University to become their supplier of a new Enterprise Service Management solution.

- The new solution is based on HaloITSM which offers a very flexible and cost-effective platform. The customer can get it delivered as well as a SaaS solution from Halo, operate it themselves on-premise or in any public cloud service. Both we and Lund University are now very enthusiastic to carry out a successful implementation of the new solution. The goal is to be able to take it into operation as soon as possible to be able to take advantage of the new opportunities that the solution entails, says Glenn Alvérus, CEO of Synerity AB in a comment.

The agreement between Synerity and Lund University initially extends over 4 years with a possible extension for up to 12 more years.
