This is the conference for those working with customer service and putting the customer in focus. During two days in November, you get the chance to listen to speakers from some of Sweden's leading organizations as they talk about how they handle today's customer service and how they want to move to tomorrow's modern customer service. The speakers include Svenska Spel, Bilprovningen, Skatteverket, Mathem, Skistar, Nacka Municipality and Collectum. We also get to hear their thoughts and ideas about the strategic and practical work to provide customers with top-class service.
In addition, you will have two exciting panels where the use of chatbots will be discussed and how they can improve the interaction with customers, and how important the role of the human will still be. In the second panel, the panelists will discuss how to get the management on board and how important it is to reach the boardroom if you want to make an effective change and improvement that lasts and the whole organization can absorb and understand.
