This fall’s edition of Connect 26 will be a more specialized contact center conference, focusing on how AI, technology, leadership, and security are transforming the customer experience. The theme is “From AI Hype to Business Value in the Customer Experience,” and the program centers on how organizations move from pilot projects to tangible results.
