Why monday.com?

At Synerity we are specialists in solutions for internal and external service and support, and when we now announce our new partnership with monday.com, one can of course wonder if and how we think... ;-)

Surely many like us have seen mondays advertising for several years and for our own part we looked at monday as an alternative project management tool already in connection with our first customer projects when Synerity was newly started. At that time, Monday was also a relatively new company and a new solution that has developed enormously since then.

At Synerity we are obsessed with finding the best solutions.

One of the reasons why Synerity was founded was that some of us were tired of working for different suppliers and partners with solutions that we did not feel were good enough. At Synerity we therefore always want to offer a selection of what we think are the best and most interesting solutions on the market and we also spend a lot of time following the market and its development.

When we were looking for a solution to enable a streamlining of our own internal work, including a flexible and adaptable company-wide CRM for both the sales and consulting organization, no exception was made without a thorough review of the market.

Monday.com - the flexible option with almost unlimited applications

 What we soon realized was that most of the leading CRM solutions, or rather sales support solutions, are developed specifically for the sales department. In some cases also for the marketing department. For our part, however, we were looking for a broader solution for the entire company and here monday differs and offers completely different opportunities than traditional sales department-oriented CRM. With monday , sales, marketing, consultants and management can get their completely customized views and functionality.

In addition to CRM, we also plan to be able to do so much more on the same platform. For our developers there is ready-made support for them through monday Dev. For our consulting organization's project management of customer projects, this is Monday's special area. And for our management, HR and marketing departments, monday also offers plenty of opportunities.

Of course, we also want to offer the same opportunities to other companies and organizations.

Now that we have chosen monday for our internal use and we also found that the range of good monday partners in Sweden was very limited, the choice was easy to become partners with monday. The fact that the integration possibilities with both Freshworks solutions and Zendesk (and many, many others) are good and there are many interesting uses for these makes it all the more logical.

We are now looking forward to an exciting new partnership with monday as well as developing ourselves as a company and becoming more efficient internally with the help of monday.
