Welcome Alexander Bakir!

Synerity continues to grow and in the coming weeks we will have the pleasure of introducing a number of new employees. First up is our new account manager Alexander Bakir.

Alexander is 39 years old and lives at Gustavslund in Helsingborg with his wife and 3 children. He started his career in telephone sales and later became a shop manager at 3, before moving on to work in social care.

- I started my career in sales, but as I have always been an empathetic and committed person, I was tipped off that social work would be a niche that suited me. After working as a treatment assistant, coordinator and deputy department manager, I finally became a section manager for the health and social care administration in the city of Malmö. I have had great years there, but now I felt it was time for a new challenge.

Why Synerity?

- I got a good feeling about the company from the very first meetings and saw myself as part of Synerity. The growth potential, the people and the collective expertise. The seed was planted and I felt that this is what I want to be part of building. To contribute my knowledge and experience to the growth journey. I was also attracted to working in Helsingborg, reducing my commute and spending more time with family and friends.

What do you hope to contribute?

- My hope is to be able to contribute with my experience in business development, organisation and leadership. I love challenges and working towards a specific goal and result. To measure, evaluate and develop. By being humble and open to bring in different perspectives, I believe we can all learn from each other. I also like the short decision-making paths within the company and the opportunity to work closely with the management team.

- The big challenge now is to learn the products. After all, it's a new business and I have a lot to learn. But I've always been curious as a person, and I think it will be stimulating and fun. The best way to learn is to take the plunge and try things out. It's incredibly important to me that customers have confidence in me both as a person and in my knowledge of our product range.

How do you prefer to spend your free time?

- Much of my spare time revolves around children's sporting activities, from football to taekwondo and dance. I enjoy being active, spending time with family and friends and having lots of balls in the air. Living life to the fullest and not dying of curiosity!
