Rocketlane goes from strength to strength
Rocketlane, the leading onboarding platform for customers, recently issued a press release reflecting the company's momentum over the past year. Since securing its Series A funding earlier this year, the company has continued its upward curve by expanding product capabilities. Among other things, it has added status templates, launched a Slack integration for seamless customer collaboration, and introduced resource management for more efficient resource planning and forecasting.
Rocketlane has seen strong growth in SaaS, fintech, healthcare and services, among others. Some of the new customers include Chargebee, Mosaic, Solvvy, Mixmax and nCloud integrator Clari is the latest addition to the list.
- Rocketlane helps us deliver more for less. It moves our customer onboarding experience into high gear, taking us from just task management to strategic delivery with greater visibility and collaboration around project activities, ultimately driving up CSAT. We now have better visibility into project status and are armed with data that helps continuously innovate our professional services packaging and sales," said Robert Block, Group Vice President of Professional Services & Customer Support at Clari, in a statement.
Rocketlane has also expanded its management team. Among other things, it recently announced the appointment of Ben Brutsch as VP of Sales. Ben has over 18 years of sales leadership experience from companies such as Pluralsight and Podium. Rocketlane has also increased headcount globally in development and go-to-market functions as the business continues to accelerate.
- Rocketlane's growth across multiple areas is a testament to our category-leading product and its execution against various features. Our recent wins and continued momentum indicate market preference for our solution. We will continue to innovate and introduce a new approach as we execute our product roadmap to streamline customer onboarding and implementations for companies serving mid-market and enterprise enterprises," said Srikrishnan Ganesan, CEO and Co-Founder of Rocketlane.
