Effy app: Does not delete agents, only requesters and tickets. Free to use. Has the ability to generate a report of what has been deleted.

Freshservice GDPR Assistant: A serverless app that can delete agents, requesters and tickets, but it does not have a full app page. Can be configured to erase data daily or weekly depending on the settings.
The user can choose what to erase, including ignoring certain agents if necessary. Cannot request reports like GDPR Eraser.

App properties

• Delete requesters after X months from their deactivation.

• Delete cases after their last update.

• Delete (forget) agents after their last activity.

The app can run either daily or weekly.
Choice of what to delete; if you only want to delete agents and cases, you can do so. You can also add and specify agents' emails that the app will then never delete.
