Synerity's Incident Template mApp for Cherwell is a ticket template solution that works fully with existing configuration, saving time and effort for recurring tickets and processes! All users can create their own templates from an existing ticket or from scratch, and if the whole team needs it, you just publish it for everyone to use. Especially useful when you have workflows with many recurring tasks. You can also schedule template tickets so that a case is created with a template at a specified time interval.
The solution allows users to create pre-filled ticket templates with ticket content that can be applied to existing tickets or used as a basis for creating a new ticket. It can also be used to create new tickets based on a schedule. Templates can be configured so that some are personal, some are only available to a specific team, and others are available to the entire organization.
