The basic training for Zendesk provides you with a good understanding of how the system is structured, how it is administered and the tools to create, edit and change functions and workflows. Synerity's experienced experts take you through all the basic functionality, and give you a broad base to work further in the system on your own. The training is based on a hands-on approach, where Synerity's experts take the participants through the system's basics and functions based on realistic scenarios.
This training is aimed both at those who have worked as administrators in the system and are about to move into an administrator role, as well as those who have never worked in Zendesk before, but want to learn more about the system and how it is administered.
After the actual training day, we have also chosen to include the possibility of a 1-2 hour individual follow-up on a separate occasion. At this time, we can support you with questions related to your unique Zendesk environment or requests for further in-depth training in a specific area.
