At Synerity, we understand the challenges customers face in Enterprise Service Management, Process Automation and Employee Experience Management. We have the ability to find the right solution for each individual customer, and our dedicated and committed employees have many years of experience and expertise in both technology and business understanding. We work with an agile approach based on trust, collaboration and lack of prestige. With us, service level and customer satisfaction are always in focus and we value long-term relationships where we can grow and develop together.

Service and quality in focus

Synerity was born out of a belief in the importance of working customer-focused and a desire to only work with products that we truly believe in and would choose if we were the customer. Combined with our experience and expertise, we base our offering on solutions that both ourselves and leading analysts such as Gartner and Forrester believe have a strong market position and good prospects.  

We primarily target companies and organizations that just like us want a little more, set slightly higher quality requirements and want more satisfied IT users. By always putting the customer first and thinking long-term, we want to take the service experience to a whole new level. We believe in the power of being solution-oriented, flexible and efficient. To understand the customer's needs long before they have formulated the problem themselves, and to always try to exceed expectations.

Forward together

We currently have more than 20 employees, about half of whom work from our head office in Helsingborg, while the others are based in Malmö, Stockholm, Karlskoga and Sundsvall. The organisation is characterised by participation and cooperation with mutual respect for each other and each other's areas of expertise. A company culture with a positive atmosphere that is safe and stimulating to work in. Synerity should be the natural choice for employees who want to feel good and have fun at work and who want a workplace that offers security, respect, competence, honesty, communication and participation.

There should be high ceilings and there should be space to dare to test, explore, fail, learn and think new. We are convinced that people with different experiences and origins provide increased opportunities for high quality at work – diversity is an asset.
